Requirements
- He should be a curry expert with knowledge of Tandoor and pantry as well.
- HACCP/ PIC/ EFST certified candidates will be preferred.
- Should have experience with reputable or high-quality restaurants in India.
- Should be an Indian regional cuisines expert, preferably north Indian cuisines.
- Should have complete knowledge of ordering, inventory and storing food.
